SCO type continuous degreasing furnace is the degreasing equipment with international advanced level developed by the Company. It is mainly used for the lubrication degreasing and volatilization operation of air-conditioning, refrigeration industry evaporators and radiators. The volatile lubrication attached inside the components such as evaporators and radiators is heated and volatilized until the residual amount approaches to zero.
The furnace has the following performances:
1、Energy：
According to client requirement, the gas, fuel, electric heating or steam heating method can be used.
2、Furnace Body：
The hot air circulating heating method is adopted. The hot air generating part can be controlled through PID stepless temperature adjusting. The mean temperature difference inside the furnace is within ±5℃. Compared with general electric heating, it saves more energy. The furnace lining uses stainless steel structure. The conveying device adopts stainless steel conveyor chain and frequency variable stepless speed adjusting technology, which operates smoothly and can be adjusted simply. The condensation recovery device or canalyzing combustion device can be installed for processing emitted lampblack according to the requirement of local environmental protection department. In addition, the blowing device for cleaning the inside of the copper tube is set. The processing rags and grease inside the copper tube are cleaned by high-temperature compressed air.
3、Control Panel
It is controlled by PLC programmable controller and has the function of failure self-diagnosis. All abnormal phenomena can be indicated in the panel. The displaying controlling equipments of furnace temperature, hot air temperature, conveying speed and furnace smoke density are incorporated to ensure safe and reliable operation of the furnace.
